Welcome to AI4Image Studio ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AI4Image Studio. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Service Description & Pay-from-Day-1 Policy

1.1 Service Overview

AI4Image Studio provides a multi-queue parallel AI creation platform for image and video generation using 7 SOTA models (MiniMax H3, Nano Banana, GPT Image 2, Seedream 3.5, Veo 3.1, Seedance 2, Kling 3).

1.2 Pay-from-Day-1 Policy

  • No Free Tier: To prevent bot abuse, multi-account farming, and server congestion, we operate on a Pay-from-Day-1 model.
  • Watermark-Free: All outputs generated under active subscriptions (Pro, Ultimate, Max) or Credit Packs are 100% watermark-free.
  • Dedicated Compute: Every dollar spent goes directly into dedicated GPU compute power with high-priority queues.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Credit Policy

2.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual paid subscription tiers (Pro and Ultimate). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

2.2 Credit Consumption

Generation tasks consume credits based on model complexity, resolution, quality settings, and output type (image vs. video). Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

2.3 Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Users may purchase non-subscription one-time Credit Packs. Purchased Credit Pack balances remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Subscription credits are consumed prior to one-time Credit Pack balances.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and real-time GPU hardware computation costs, all purchases are generally final. However, we maintain a fair refund policy under the following specific conditions:

3.1 Eligibility Window (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase or Credit Pack purchase if:

  1. You have consumed less than 10% of the purchased credit allocation; AND
  2. You experienced persistent technical service failures directly attributable to our platform that rendered the service unusable.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 7 days have elapsed since the transaction date;
  • You have consumed 10% or more of the purchased credits;
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Prohibited Conduct guidelines (Section 5);
  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective artistic preference or prompt styling results inherent to AI generation models.

3.3 How to Request a Refund & Cancellations

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel automatic renewals at any time in your Account Settings. Your current plan benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Refund Requests: To submit a refund claim, email support@ai4image.net with your order ID, account email, and reason for refund. Valid requests will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

4.1 Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of all prompt inputs, reference assets, and AI-generated outputs created through your account.

4.2 Commercial Licensing

  • Paid Tiers (Pro & Ultimate): Include full, unrestricted commercial use rights for all generated artwork and video assets.
  • Free Tier: Free tier outputs may be used for personal, non-commercial evaluation. Upgrading to a paid tier unlocks commercial licenses.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use AI4Image Studio to generate, upload, or transmit content that:

  • Violates applicable local or international laws;
  • Contains sexually explicit material, child exploitation, or non-consensual sexual imagery;
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism, or harassment against individuals or groups;
  • Infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights;
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. AI4Image Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or AI generation outputs.
