By establishing an active runtime connection to ai4image.net, you unconditionally execute a binding legal contract controlled by the following clauses.

1. Operational Discipline & Refund Architecture

Our service enforces strict commercial discipline. Due to the high infrastructural overhead of distributed batch GPU matrix compute dispatching, all subscription purchases ($99/mo or $29.9/mo) are final. "Undo" tokens or accidental execution actions are strictly non-refundable. Users must manually verify pipeline parameters before committing compilation states to the cluster train.

2. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Any reverse-engineering of our edge client Wasm infrastructure, or systematic malicious flooding of the API gateway pipelines will result in an immediate, automated, irreversible lock-out of your cryptographic tenant keys without legal warning.
